Worst app ever

I booked my flight through this app, and immediately they charged my card and I got a confirmation email of my itinerary.
Everything was great, good prices, fast easy and convenient.
I proceeded then to book my hotels and everything, just to find out the next day, that Hooper was emailing me again, but this time CANCELING my booking, saying that they were unable to process my booking because those specific airlines does not accept credit card payments... ?????
Does it make any sense??Beginners. Not a serious or trusty app and what is worst, they dare to play with customers bank information, and time.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
