Six days before my flight I called Hopper to find out how to print my ticket. Thats when I found out my flight had been cancelled. I bought the tickets in April for a flight to my best friends wedding in July. The app never changed or updated to say it was cancelled, it in fact said it was still confirmed. Apparently they sent an email (I didnt see one)
After a truly stressful four hours, they made things right and rebooked it for the same dates & times and at the same price.
Ill still give it a 5/5 because otherwise its a great app. Just be aware of what happened to me and hopefully the same thing doesnt happen to you!
